We are expanding and are now looking for an International Sales Manager who wants to join our journey.

About the role
We´re expanding through the new business area of tunneling and are looking for a driven Sales Manager to join us on our journey. We are establishing a new way of making tunneling projects truly digital bringing all our skill, technologies, and knowledge into that domain. If you want to be part of shaping the future of this industry and play a key role in building up this business area, we offer an exciting role in an innovative environment.

As Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in positioning our new offering. You will be responsible for managing, building, and developing customer relations towards the tunneling industry. The role also involves setting sales strategies and targets and since this is an emerging, new business area, expect to work with business development and innovation around business models as well.

To succeed and thrive in the role we think that you are entrepreneurial and know how to turn an interest into a deal. You know how public procurement processes work within EU and you can navigate between partners, customers and other stakeholders. You are a team player with good written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in international sales, solutions, or business development is expected and any experience from the tunneling or construction industry is a strong advantage. Since our market is international you will be travelling up to 20-30% of your time.

As Mobilaris is growing quickly, we are looking for a person who have the right mindset of moving fast and being flexible. You enjoy working closely to customers and find it easy to build customer relations. You have a great interest in technology and can apply it to customer needs and expectations, and thereby create customer value. In the end, it is all about bringing technology to the customer that solves a problem. Effortless for the customer, inspiring for us.
