About us:

Steel production accounts for 25% of Europe’s industrial CO2 emissions, which is more than the Nordics’ total CO2 emissions, or more than all flights departing from the EU. Decarbonisation is a must for the industry and disruptive technology will be a key enabler. With H2 Green Steel, we’re committed to accelerating change in the industry by eliminating virtually all CO2 emissions from the steel making process.

H2 Green Steel will be a fully integrated, digitalised and automated greenfield steel plant. By bringing together raw materials, renewable energy, leading expertise, and artificial intelligence, we aim to bring emissions down to zero. That’s why we are planning to build a large-scale production site for green steel in collaboration with customers across multiple segments including automotive, commercial vehicle, white goods, furniture, and industrial equipment.

Head of Quality

We are looking for a Head of Quality that will be based at our office in Boden. H2 Green Steel will aspire for the highest level of quality in everthing we do. We will use the latest digital technology to ensure a high level of quality and automation in all operational and administrative processes. As the Head of Quality you will be responsible for quality asurance thorughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• As the head of Quality you will lead the design and implementation of a QA system.
• Design and create key quality processes across the organisation.
• Recruit and build up a first class quality-team.
• Ensure certification according to relevant standards.
• Engage with customers and start qualification processes.

Requirements:

• Batchelor´s degree in engineering, economics or other relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, qualification procesess with automotive OEMs is meriting.
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• High drive and strong social skills.
• Experienced in multi-cultural working environment.
• Fluent in English is a requirement, and german is meriting.
