We are now looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to our Business Support Team within Process Industries. We are a group of six administrators who are spread out throughout the country from Luleå to Malmö. We are looking for someone sitting in Umeå or Luleå for this position.

You'll have a key role in purchasing in our projects and will work in close cooperation with project managers, project administrators and with central support team.

Your responsibilities

• Generating purchase requisitions/purchase orders in SAP
• Managing vendor invoices and bank guarantees
• Order against supplier and contacts with the supplier
• Delivery follow-up
• Booking of shipping
• A job with freedom under responsibility

Your background

• At least upper secondary education with purchasing/economic focus or equivalent work experience
• Very good computer skills, good knowledge of the Office package and SAP
• A driven and service-minded person who is able to take own initiative and responsibility
• Good collaborative skills but also capability to work independently
• Ability to handle many things at the same time
• Curiosity to learn new things but also a willingness to share your knowledge with others
