We are now searching for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to work in a leading design role in various development projects. In this role, you will lead a team of ambitious engineers and guide them in their work and daily challenges.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of engineers and support and review their work
• Develop and review mechanical drawings and models with CAD tools
• Lead design reviews within the mechanical and structural analysis area and include your findings to create better products
• Perform finite element analysis to ensure performance in design
• Communication and clarification of technical requirements between internal stakeholders

Your profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in designing mechanical systems and/or industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in developing mechanical designs with CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Siemens NX, Catia in a product development environment.
• You prefer to work in teams and are comfortable with a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.

It's a plus if you also have

• Have a MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering
• Have experience from developing battery systems/high voltage electronics
• Have previous experience as team leader or manager

There is a possibility to work from remote office.
