Bottenvikens bryggeri växer och anställer en huvudbryggare

Vi brygger öl inom en stor variation av stilar och drivs av att både hitta väl avvägda kombinationer till mat och att fånga essensen av den norrbottniska själen i den öl vi gör. Ölen bryggs på ett 10 HL bryggverk och bryggeriet har en tankvolym på 200HL. Som huvudbryggare kommer du ansvara för bryggning och receptutveckling av vår öl. Du ingår i ett team på fem personer där vi tillsammans tar ölen från bryggning till upptappning och sedan vidare ut i världen. I tjänsten kan även ingå att representera bryggeriet på mässor och festivaler.

Den vi anställer vill vi ska:

We are looking for a Head Brewer

Bottenvikens bryggeri is growing and are now hiring a head brewer!

Bottenvikens bryggeri is a craft brewery located in Luleå and was founded in 2013. Luleå is the residence city in Norrbotten and the hub of an expansive region that faces large industrial investments in the green transition, this means that the entire region is characterised by innovation, change and immigration. In line with this, Bottenvikens is also growing, therefore we are hiring a new head brewer.

We brew beer in a wide variety of styles and are driven by both finding well-balanced food parings and capturing the essence of the soul of Norrbotten in the beer we make. The beer is brewed on a 10 HL brewhouse and the brewery has a tank volume of 200 HL. We also have our own in-house canning line and a centrifuge. As head brewer, you will be responsible for brewing and recipe development of our beer. You are part of a team of five people where the team take the beer from brewing to canning and then further out into the world. The position may also include representing the brewery at fairs and festivals.

We want the person we hire to:
