About us:
H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. Technical Product Manager
You will be part of the digital organization at H2 Green Steel, and help shape the ways of working and enablement of a data-driven culture within the company. In your role as Technical Product Manager, you will be the contact area between the digital organization and the business. You will work to understand the processes and information models that need to be supported by our digital ecosystem, and then drive that adoption to enable for everyone to work with data in a mature and modern way.
Being that we are a young company and early on in our journey, the width of responsibilities that needs to be taken to succeed is hard to define. Experiences that are relevant for this role include start-ups, microservice architecture, development of advanced data platforms, project management, agile coaching and large-scale construction and engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Building a state-of-the-art project delivery platform for modern factories
- Support the Construction & Engineering of the Boden factory
- Facilitate the adoption of a data-driven culture within the company
Qualifications:
- Passionate problem-solver and digital native
- Expertise in microservice architectures and modern data platform development
- Track record of success in digital transformation and data-driven initiative
- Strong stakeholder management - A willingness to listen and understand as well as a strong drive and a get-go attitude.
