Do you want to be part of creating history in Swedish Space Industry? In 2024, we plan to enable launch of satellites from Esrange outside of Kiruna in the North of Sweden. Now there is a unique opportunity for you to join the establishment and operation of the orbital launch capability.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
As a Launch Integration Engineer, you will be part of our team that designs, implements, and operates current or future facilities and systems for orbital launches. You will be part of our Spaceport team, working directly with launch vehicle providers and spacecraft customers intending to use the spaceport.
Expect to work with the planning and execution of the establishment of orbital launch vehicles at Esrange. The project is currently at the end of the establishment phase, working towards the first launch. You will work with the first satellite launch from Sweden and ensure that our spacecraft customer is well prepared, integrated and launched. You will communicate directly with the launch vehicle providers and spacecraft customers. You will work with requirements, interface specifications and operational activities.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a proven track record working with launch integration. You are structured, professional and can manage customer interaction. You possess the ability to use your experience to help develop the organization.
We also believe you have:
• a good proficiency in English
• a university degree in a technical field
• experience in Systems Engineering
We would consider it a bonus should you also have:
• a good proficiency in Swedish
• multi-disciplinary experience from various engineering fields

LOCATION
We offer a permanent position. Daytime 40h/week. The position is stationed in Kiruna or Solna. If stationed in Solna regular travel to Esrange is expected. You will also have to pass a security interview.
