Locations

A truly international company,
rooted in Munich

Munich, Germany

As one of the world's most liveable cities, Munich offers a variety of activities. Home to green oases and culinary and cultural treats you'll find yourself relaxing at the Isar river or sipping the world's best beer at one of many beer gardens. The city is located close to the Alps, making adventurous hiking and skiing trips with friends and family pleasant.

Kiruna, Sweden

As the northernmost city in Sweden, situated in the province of Lapland, Kiruna offers a variety of activities for outdoor fans. Beyond Kiruna you find the rural countryside of Lapland where you can enjoy activities such as hiking and fishing in summer or dog-sledding, snowmobiling and snowshoeing during winter. Spend a night at the Icehotel and watch the northern lights.

Andøya, Norway

Situated in Nordland county, Norway, about 300 kilometres inside the Arctic circle, Andøya is the place to be to get close to nature. It is seen as one of the most varied wildlife-watching destinations in Europe, offering close encounters with whales all year round. Andøya's culture is defined by a number of festivals, fetes, concerts and other cultural events all year round.

Our Values

Our 5 guiding principles inspire and guide us every day

Teamwork = Dreamwork

Rocket science is complicated, working together should not be. Go out of your way to help others.

Know your stuff and own it

Hold yourself responsible and accountable.

Love what you do

Be driven by curiosity and passion. Live the dream. Do your best work.

Push the boundaries

Move fast. Be bold. If you are not failing, you’re not trying hard enough.

No space for bullshit

Ideas matter. Ego does not. Be open and honest, you owe that to yourself and to everyone around you.

Your new job

Our 3 step application process

We hire people who are passionate about new space, are good at what they do and match our company values.

Can I apply in any other language than English?

We encourage all our candidates to apply in English or German.

I know someone who works at IA. Can they refer me?

Sure, contact them and ask them to submit your details internally.

Can I apply for multiple roles?

Yes, no problem.

Do I need a cover letter to apply?

This is optional, and not the most important factor.

There are additional questions in the application form, do I have to answer them?

Yes, this is a very important part of the process. We can learn a lot about you from your answers here.

How long does it take to hear back?

Depending on the role, it usually takes 2-4 weeks (and a bit longer for more popular positions).

I’ve received a practical assignment after I applied. What is that about?

This is also very important. Look at it as an opportunity to show us what you know and what you can do.
