What you will enjoy doing

· Serve as HSE subject matter expert at global execution level for project construction engineering, site supervision and commissioning activities on our construction site in Boden, Sweden.

· Engage in building an interdependent safety culture by unlocking the HSE Leadership potential of the project construction and commissioning teams.

· Develop and facilitate HSE trainings, workshops, meetings, safety campaigns.

· Coordinate, plan and conduct HSE internal and external audits

· Direct, lead and provide expertise for risk management, incident investigations and management.

What makes you great

· Bachelor of Science degree is required with preferably a specialization in Occupational Safety or Health, Safety Engineering, Safety Science, or Environmental Health

· A minimum of 10 years of combined experience working for a Prime/General Contractor on large scale industrial construction and commissioning projects in the Project HSE Manager´s role

· Industry recognized HSE certifications, eg Nebosh

· Lead HSE Auditor certification according to ISO 19011 (preferred)

· Safety Coaching Certification (preferred)

· Excellent proficiency in MS365 Office

· Knowledge of Linde standards and procedures for HSE (preferred)

· Proficient/Fluent in English required, other languages are also welcome, Spanish an advantage.

· A strong team player also capable of self-directed work

· Able to generate new ideas and have a natural sense of curiosity.

· Keen on handling multiple priorities with high sense of urgency and excellent time management
