TRK Group AB is a construction company, specializing in Construction and installation work, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment for the steel industry. We are proud to be contributing to one of Sweden’s most significant green industrial projects.

We are currently working at the Stegra construction site in Boden, where Stegra AB is establishing the world’s first large-scale fossil-free steel plant using green hydrogen technology. Our team is responsible for key installation work, including mechanical assembly, pipe fitting, and steel structure construction.

As part of our expanding operations, we are now hiring skilled professionals to strengthen our project team in Boden. If you’re looking for a meaningful, future-proof career in industrial construction – TRK Group AB and Boden are ready for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install steel structures according to blueprints and specifications.
• Use tools and machinery safely for cutting, aligning, and welding structures.
• Inspect steel components and ensure quality and accuracy in installations.
• Cooperate with supervisors and follow project schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel structure assembly and industrial construction.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and technical documents.
• Lift certification or hot work training is a plus.
• EU B driver's license.
• English proficiency; Swedish knowledge is beneficial.

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in steel construction.
• Familiarity with industrial project sites and safety protocols.
• Previous work in large-scale infrastructure projects is a merit.

• Precise, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.

Working Conditions

• The role is based in an active industrial construction environment.
• The work may involve exposure to noise, dust, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures, including extreme weather conditions.
• Strict adherence to all safety protocols is required, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and overtime, depending on the needs of the project.
