As an HSEQ Coordinator with us, you will be a key player in our daily operations. You will serve as a proactive support for our site managers and employees, identifying and evaluating risks and ensuring that our safety procedures and standards are followed. You'll have direct contact with everyone from field staff to authorities.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactive Project Support: Work closely with project teams to drive HSEQ work on site forward and participate in risk analyses and work preparations
- Implementation and Follow-Up: Be responsible for the implementation and follow-up of HSEQ systems, accident reporting, and deviation reporting. You'll ensure that actions are implemented and complied with
- Ongoing Dialogue: Maintain a continuous dialogue with our occupational health and safety engineer and other internal functions
- Communication and Training: Create and distribute ToolBox Talks and act as a contact person for authorities on HSE matters. You'll ensure that everyone on-site has the necessary knowledge about safety at work

We’re curious to get to know you
We believe that you will make a good fit for the position if you have the following qualifications:
- A university degree in a relevant field
- Solid experience in HSEQ work, preferably within the construction or civil engineering industry
- Documented experience with certification standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety
- B driver's license
- Strong skills in English and preferably also in Swedish
