Swapp Agency AB is looking for a skilled Lead Interface Coordinator to manage the seamless integration of construction activities on a large industrial site in Boden, Sweden. This is a full-time position for a proactive individual who will ensure the coordination between various teams and contractors involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the interface between different contractors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and track progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements in all interface coordination activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interface coordination within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Boden, Sweden.
