TRK Group AB is a construction company, specializing in Construction and installation work, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment for the steel industry. We are proud to be contributing to one of Sweden’s most significant green industrial projects.

We are currently working at the Stegra construction site in Boden, where Stegra AB is establishing the world’s first large-scale fossil-free steel plant using green hydrogen technology. Our team is responsible for key installation work, including mechanical assembly, pipe fitting, and steel structure construction.

As part of our expanding operations, we are now hiring skilled professionals to strengthen our project team in Boden. If you’re looking for a meaningful, future-proof career in industrial construction – TRK Group AB and Boden are ready for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and align mechanical components according to technical drawings.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and adjustments of mechanical systems.
• Operate mechanical tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical fitting or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge.
• Hot work, Work at Height and lift certification is a plus.
• EU B driver's license.
• Good English skills; basic Swedish is a plus.

Experience

• Relevant vocational training or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in mechanical fitting.
• Previous experience in large-scale construction or industrial environments is a merit.

Working Conditions
