Your New Role 

Are you a highly organized, proactive professional with a knack for managing complex operations? Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their Temporary Housing Program, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations across approximately 3,500 beds in hotels, camps, and apartment accommodations.

Lead Operations Like a Pro

  • Oversee daily operations across hotels, camps, and apartments.
  • Manage bookings, occupancy, and guest allocation in partnership with site managers.
  • Coordinate cleaning teams and maintenance to ensure top-tier facilities.
  • Monitor transport operations to guarantee smooth guest transfers.

Drive Quality & Customer Satisfaction

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Supervise incident reporting, maintenance, and damage control.
  • Ensure security and safety standards are met at all times.

Shape Growth & Infrastructure

  • Support setup of new accommodation sites, villages, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate equipment, readiness checks, and extra works in line with Stegra standards.

Manage Budgets & Admin with Precision

  • Review and approve invoices and cost variations.
  • Keep accurate operational records and prepare insightful weekly reports.

Be the Go-To Coordinator

  • Act as the main point of contact for hotels, transport providers, cleaning teams, and internal departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, facility management, or accommodation logistics.
  • Financial awareness – experience with invoice review and cost approvals.
  • Practical understanding of safety, security, and maintenance processes.
  • Based in or near Boden.
  • Very fast and skilled on the computer, Excel etc.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written. Swedish is an advantage.
