Within Customer Success we continue to expand to meet the growing demand for our current and coming solutions among a quickly increasing number of customers around the world.

We are looking for skilled people who want to grow with us, are curious and have the right mindset of moving fast and working closely to customers. You have a great interest in the latest technology and can apply it to customer needs and expectations, and thereby create customer value. In the end, it is all about bringing technology that solves a problem to the customer. Effortless for the customer, inspiring for us.

We believe that you are comfortable in design and engineering matters across various topics, often including customer interactions and that you are open to national and international travelling.

About the role
We are looking for someone to administrate our digital products in the offering with regards to safety, security and sustainability. The role would include, not limited to, the following for a Customer Success Administrator:

Register and control deployment of software Keys, upgrades, releases, certification
Process management of deployment with Hardware offering
Configuration, registration, maintenance and interact with Suppliers of hardware products
Customer VPN process management
Software registration coordination ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Good interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment but just as comfortable in working alone or being a self-starter.

Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar with experience
