Who are we looking for

We are looking for an Office Manager to help us make sure the Boden office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will be the go-to person for various questions and help new employees to settle in. This role is a perfect fit for someone who likes to get things done, can perform under pressure and shares our passion for cutting CO2 emissions down to zero. People are everything and it is more important to have the right attitude rather than a specific education or experience on paper.

Our office in Boden is located at Boden Buiness Park in Sävast.



The role and your responsibilities

- Welcoming visitors to our office
- Organizing meetings
- Ordering office supplies
- Travel booking
- Organizing company events
- Organizing introduction programs for new employees
- Helping the People & Organization (HR) department with onboarding
- Assist Management with calendars and various other tasks


Qualifications

- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good overall communication skills
- Excellent Swedish and English written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility in terms of working hours as well as being comfortable with one day looking completely different to the next
