Din vardag som fastighetsskötare:

Som fastighetsskötare jobbar du i huvudsak med reparationer, underhåll och tillsyn av befintliga byggnader samt felanmälningar ovan och under jord på industriområde, grönytor och gångstråk samt av LKAB Malmbergets ägda fritidsstugor. I arbetet så ingår även markarbeten, kontorsservice och rapportering av utförda arbeten.

Dina kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har stort engagemang och är ansvarstagande samt kan arbeta självständigt. Du ska vara en problemlösare samt kunna prioritera jobb efter angelägenhetsgrad.

• Du har gymnasial utbildning med godkända betyg.

• Körkort B är ett krav.

• Meriterande är om du har arbetat inom fastighetsskötsel/underhåll med erfarenhet inom bygg och anläggning.
