Gerco-Fas AB är ett nyetablerat företag i Sverige som ingår i en internationell koncern med god renommé. Vi bedriver försäljning och installation av passivt brandskydd. Vi söker nu en projektledare till ett projekt som går ut på att installera brandskydd på ett datacenter i Luleå.

Om tjänsten

Som projektledare för detta projekt kommer du, tillsammans med platschefen, att ansvara för hälsa och säkerhet på byggarbetsplatsen samt för ledning, utveckling och utbildning för övriga anställda på projektet. Du kommer även att ansvara för inköp av specialprodukter till byggarbetsplatsen.

Du som söker

Du ska ha minst fyra års erfarenhet av arbete som projektledare på liknande projekt. Du ska också tala mycket god engelska, då engelska är arbetsspråket.

The company is part of an international group of companies that has developed into one of the most reliable and well-respected subcontractors operating throughout the UK and Europe. We are now in need of a project manager to a project in which we will be installing passive fire protection at a data center in Luleå.

About the position

As a project manager, you will, together with the site manager, be responsible for health and safety on the construction site as well as the management, development and training of blue collar workers in the specialised passive fire protection systems. Your responsibilities will also include the procurement of specialist products specific to the construction site.

About you

You must have at least four years of experience as a project manager on similar projects. You need to speak English very well, since English will be the work language.

You should be able to start the position as soon as possible.
