About the role

As the Project Manager/Product Owner for our scrum development teams, you'll prioritize tasks, define project scope, guide development, and ensure our products meet the needs of our users. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, communicating the project vision to the team and keeping things moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:

· Coordination between customers and developers to ensure valuable and timely product delivery.

· Represent the interests and needs of internal and external stakeholders.

· Manage expectations with stakeholders regarding timelines, release dates, deliverables, system issues, and technical resolutions.

· Help create, communicate, and manage detailed project scope and business requirement documents related to system features, enhancements, and bug resolutions.

· Develop and manage project plans and timelines at the project and program level.

· Coordinate end-user acceptance tests with stakeholders.

· Identify project risks and collaborate with team members to prevent or mitigate them.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science/International Relations, Computer Science and/or related field.

· Experience of Jira, and Confluence with demonstrated leadership.

· Experience in IT Project Management and/or Agile Software Development.

· Experience in successfully leading multiple projects and multiple teams.

· Project Management Certification (PMP) and/or PMI Membership and association.

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with experience facilitating development success.

· A strong understanding of software development fundamentals.

· Swedish language proficiency and/or desire to learn.

· English Language fluency with international experience.

· Reside in or willing to relocate full time. On-site location: Lulea, Sweden

· Excellent facilitation, writing, and interpersonal communication skills with people at all levels of an organization.
