Lead Site Quality Team

Presentation:

We are looking for a Lead for our Site Quality Team, responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control activities on site. In this role, you will ensure that EPC contractors and vendors comply with project standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.

You will review and supervise contractors’ reports and daily activities, identify potential non-compliances, and issue timely preventive and corrective actions. You will track deviations reported in non-conformity records, review inspection protocols and test results, and verify contractors’ Quality Plans before approval.

The role also includes conducting daily site inspections, performing quality audits of contractors, and preparing monthly Quality Reports in accordance with prime contract requirements. You will actively participate in Construction Management Meetings and QA/QC Project Meetings, contributing to continuous improvement of site quality performance.

This position suits an experienced quality professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction or industrial EPC projects.
